Ministerial Acts

Please call me when there's a need for a dependable way to file papers with the courts in Metro Atlanta, have local sites reviewed, light-duty courier services, real property and other research completed to determine the existence of facts or most other ministerial acts.

Beyond the Ministerial

As a Metro Atlanta, Georgia Real Estate Licensee, (with expressed permission from the property owner) I will also,

• Show real estate for security reasons, purchase and sale

• Place and remove signs on real property

• Deliver documents and property keys

• Cause inspections and physical maintenance to be performed at real property.

I will also answer questions about property titles, legal descriptions, physical descriptions, taxes and secure documents from the courthouse such as deeds, plat maps and other publicly available information.
